Managing Director of Westpro, Travis French, is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the WA property industry since 1991. Westpro is the management company for a second-generation West Australian family who have been actively developing residential and commercial properties in WA since the mid 1970s. Our most recent projects of note include the 8000m2 Port Kennedy Central Shopping Centre and the Applecross Central Vision, a diverse mixed-use precinct including over 1000 residences and 20,000sqm of retail in the heart of the Canning Bridge Precinct.

Mojo Cockburn Central came about with the consolidation of multiple old horse training and lifestyle properties in the medium density zoned area between North Lake Road and Berrigan Drive. The Vision for Mojo Urban living is to provide high quality, low maintenance two storey homes in a growing community that is close to everything that one needs in life including Train and Freeway access, shopping, sport and fitness options, business and employment. Mojo as currently planned includes 225 terrace and urban lot homes encompassed by parks to the North as well as South and a Neighbourhood centre on the North side aligned to the City of cockburns planned Semple court realignment.

Damyn Strang is the head of Abel Land Sales, the dedicated land sales and marketing division of Abel Property. In his senior managerial roles, Damyn has garnered a reputation for providing outstanding market-based advice that meets his client’s expectations and working closely with industry professionals on estate detailing lot typologies, product mix, marketing and sales strategy.

With the end goal of helping customers achieve the dream of building a new home, Damyn enjoys working with developers to create new communities that shape how we live now and in the future.

Outside of work, Damyn is usually found spending time with family or tending to his love of the sport on a field, court or in a pool.
